they can't do that cause they already started the texas race and it be unfair to Kevin to have finish that race with a car that just hit the wall(due to rain) which is prob going to drive like **** the rest of the race.

its got a good chance at happening to cause martinsville is one of Kevin's worst tracks know he won there but he overal record there is not that great.

if Kevin fails to make the final 4 because nascar allowing them to race when its raining its going to be a very bad look for Nascar.
