Sounds like a buffoon. I remember when Nascar was thriving about a decade ago and set the top 35 rule when 50 cars started showing up at all the races. A number of teams and sponsors left the sport because they couldn't get out of a hole.

We already pretty much have that. If someone is to far ahead a phantom debree caution comes out right before the end of the race.

Probably be heat races. If it's anything like the Xfinity series it will just be driving around with no passing. Brian needs to stop trying to manipulate the racing and just let them race.
