Anyone here really think we'll have 16 different winners by the time the Chase begins?

Daytona being a restrictor plate track could produce a surprise winner. Moving forward there is Watkins Glen where Ambrose could possibly win, Indy where Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman have had success there before. Then there is Kenseth and Kahne who are both capable to compete for wins. Add to...

Patent Office Throws Yellow Flag On Redskins Trademark

I can see both sides to this argument. I think the name will be changed, as Redskin really is kind of offensive when you think about it. If there was a team the Whiteskins or the Blackskins it would have changed long before. Now the one thing I strongly disagree with is changing the names to...

    JPM

I agree that it may be to early. And you also have to realize the Natural Rate of Decline is different depending on sport and the competitors themselves. Indycar's "Natural Rate of Decline" seems to be around the age of 40. We seen the past couple seasons, a once dominate Dario Franchitti win 1...

Rate the Race: 2014 Indianapolis 500

    10. Great race, great finish and my favorite Indycar driver won, what else could I ask for :) As for the coverage I thought ABC did a good job, there were a few issues here and there but the only thing I seen that I actually am mad about is that pre-race segment with Newgarden and some guy in...

    Indy 500 Practice and Qualifying

Indycar.com had a live stream going during all practice sessions. They will not be showing video feed Friday because NBC has the right to the coverage I believe.

Kurt Busch doing the Double - Indy and Charlotte

I think they may mean run the entire 1100 miles. I need to check but did Robbie Gordon finish on the lead lap in both races? I am not sure.

Kurt Busch doing the Double - Indy and Charlotte

Interesting, the track announcers were under the impression as well that he would have to go to the end of the field. Good find.

Kurt Busch doing the Double - Indy and Charlotte

If they go to a backup car yes he would start last. If they can some how fix the car he will keep his position. Most backup cars aren't as solid as there primary cars, but Kurt is driving for one of the big 3 teams in Indycar. I am sure the team has a vast amount of data between his old setup...
