Travis Pastrana to recreate Evel Knievel stunt live!

It is, sort of. Probably a lot lighter, but specially made to replicate what Evel jumped with.

    The WOW moment at Chicago!

I was literally standing up shouting and jumping that last lap. I sooo wanted Larson to win, but so happy to see racing that hard that I wasn't even mad. It hearkened back to the Busch/Craven Darlington finish.

    Rate the Race --- Chicago

The finish was an 11 (I missed a lot of the race). In fact, it ranks ip there almost with the Busch/Craven Darrlington finish.

Me too! Although the end of last season just kind of fizzled, this is still a great show.

    Bonehead of the Week

In fact, i think we should rename all of these weekly bonehead threads to "The DW Bonehead Move of the Race." :D

    Bonehead of the Week

Outside of the Detroit pace car deal, my vote goes to DW, for obvious reasons. Besides the gems mentioned above "That 48 is out there showing why he's the multiple time champ, he's fast" right as Johnson is losing two positions.

Lessons Learned from Memorial Day Weekend Racing

I thought so too, with the exception of the last stage. Then it turned into the Kyle Busch show, and all they seemed to do was focus on and talk about him. Before that though, yes, there was good racing all over, and they showed it.

    The Walking Dead Season 9

Rick leaving, in all honesty, is a death knell for the show. They should wrap it up in that case, give us some sort of closure. I can't think of any shows where the lead (or one of the major major characters) left that didn't go on to fizzle out as a completely pointless show.

Bonehead of the week: Coke 600

Man, you are so bent out of shape over this that it's tearing you up inside, regardless of how wrong you are. Sure, maybe the syntax of the sentence was to your like, but it is still a valid statement. I guess in your mind, since he hasn't won at, say North Wilkesboro, Rockingham, Riverside...

Bonehead of the week: Coke 600

Who's been played, and how, exactly, was it? Face it, until they actually run a race on the roval, the statement that he has won on every active NASCAR track holds true. Now I suppose if he doesn't win that race, you can go ahead and claim "nanny nanny boo-boo" if you want, but please explain...

Bonehead of the week: Coke 600

Although he made up for it throughout the rest of the race with a strong 4th place finish, I'll give it to Brad Keselowski for missing his pit stall and having to skip tires altogether. Non-racer bonehead goes to the moron that climbed the fence.

I swear, Newman's carr looks like they have the hood duct taped down. The nose looks dumb.

    Race thread: 102nd Indy 500

I'm not a fan of Will Power, but seeing the emotion of winning the Indy 500, from both him and his wife, is one of the things that makes Indy so special. She had completely destroyed that water bottle.
