    Cup RACE thread --- Bristol

Disagreement makes the world go 'round. But I stand by my thoughts. Hard to believe someone would all of a sudden turn on him just because of something he said he thought was private. Yes, it was a mistake and we all make them. Some feel the need to keep bringing it up years later even...

I have a feeling those people never liked him in the first place and that was an excuse to justify their dislike.

Silver spoon boy couldn't get around him for many many laps even though Daniel was laps down and the 54 was in 8th. Made my day as others were passing him for position.

Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway Pre-Race Thread

There's absolutely no reason for it. Larson qualifies 4th and starts on the front row? Where is the logic in that?

Bowman on the pole, Byron outside They were showing Byron starting third and Larson starting outside front row. It is actually comical how what you see is not really what is and for no apparent reason.

Your link in post 292 is what I was referring to which lists Caruth in 2nd (front row). Nascar.com now lists him in 3rd. I did notice both had identical fast times. No big deal either way.

Now they've flipped Caruth and Heim for whatever reason, Heim 2nd. But, that is amazing for Zilisch as he was practicing in the mid-teens. He really know how to cut a lap. Oh, and he's also on the pole for the ARCA race today.

    Nascar Craftsman Truck Series 2024

Just a tidbit about Bill McAnally. I was on a modified team in NorCal back in the 80's and 90's and Bill raced in the Pro Stock division at All American Speedway, Roseville California. He had a Chevy Monte Carlo Aero Coupe and was one of the 3 or 4 that were the guys to beat every week. From...

Kudos to Buescher. A little justice for when Reddick screwed him out of a win.

Zane Smith is on a mission, up to 7th. Love seeing all these young guys in the top 10 like Hocevar and Gragson.
