I really want more double header shows with Xfinity and Trucks, and more shared weekends in general (especially with the huge hiatus the Trucks have after Atlanta). Las Vegas could have a Sat Night Truck race on the same weekend Cup races there, Trucks could go back to Fontana on a Saturday...

Xfinity is better training than Trucks imo, Trucks seem like they drive so much more differently. In Xfinity, you can actually get a taste of what cup competition is like with guys like Keselowski, Logano, and Harvick running in it.

Few people have already said this, but that would make racing worse, Knaus would have that 48 to 10 straight Championships by now. Cars being "similar" allows for the driver to have a bigger influence, look at Eric Jones in the 54 today, wasnt driving at all like Kyle Busch.

They go slower on straights but faster in the turns, I think the speed in the turns is the biggest influence on a lap time.

ESPN can rot, good announcers to an extent but hated everything else.

Knockout qualifying is great imo, still have to be fast to win the pole (with the exception of the plate tracks and the Trucks at some high speed tracks) and it's not a snoozefest.

At Atlanta I think there should be some policing with the Trucks since they can draft at Atlanta, but for example the Cup qualifying show was very nice, minus the inspection issues which had nothing to do with the on track action.

First weekend with new rules package, there's going to be a lot of inspection problems for the teams, seems NASCAR is everyone's favorite scapegoat :p

Oh, so drivers can't block other drivers on pit road, makes sense (it's one of those things that is common sense tbh).

Wait... what? What was the problem with pit road during qualifying on normal tracks? As far as I remember, teams would literally just pull out, and head straight for the track, never saw them stop on pit road.

If Ragan wins in the 18 car, Ragan makes the Driver's chase, and the #18 Team makes the Owner's chase, but the #34 team and Kyle Busch don't make the chase. I think Truex and Bowyer gets the 15th and 16th seed.

Considering she finished 6th last year and the new rules package "levels the playing field", if Danica has any chance to win it's at Atlanta. Power to her.
