I was not thinking of Morgan& Morgan . It goes to a higher level of competence in court room accomplishments other than settling out of court. Law firms with solid credentials and a history of winning do not take legal action in cases they deem unwindable regardless of retainers. YMMV.

A good lawyer doesn't take a case they don't feel they can win. The selection process is what makes them a good lawyer. This guy isn't in it for esses and gees.

A win is a win. A win fair and square is even better.
