yes, they have the Nascar rights to broadcast in Canada. Unfortunately its expensive for just Nascar, I don't watch sports other than Curling.

0.00 This was the worst broadcast I have ever watched. They had the track mike open the whole race and none of the reporters could be heard. To bad because I really would have enjoyed hearing all the commentary. This is the end of Nascar for me.
