That is really a great perspective. I mean that, and I don't disagree, but how do you sell that? How does NASCAR get its Super Bowl moment? It deserves it IMO.

100%. The Championship event is big time sports stuff, and I love it....but there will be bitching. Always. I will miss it next year, but I am good if Phoenix moves to a third round event.

Is a lot of us the 45K at Phoenix? I don't think so. Who the hell is "a lot of us?" I get that you don't like it, and there are others who share that view, but just like the Next Gen....Who the hell is that? NASCAR makes decisions on this group of "a lot of us," and I wonder who that is?

Really good. The guy is a badass....he is so much like Pearn I think. Wasn't having the JGR thing.....but then again, Pearn wasn't either until they allowed him to work from Canada or wherever. If I am not mistaken, Jazzy is a top tier sim engineer. Highly coveted I think.

This is interesting, but not surprising. Jazzy has that Pearn-esque vibe about him. An enigma. Truex's Championship engineer if I am not mistaken.

Yeah, I get where you are coming from, but the atmosphere at the Championship event is big time. It really is. Having said all of that, I will be at Phoenix until the fall regardless of where it is positioned in the Championship....because there is a race, and I like racing. Wish there was a way...

I sit with 45K non-outraged fans in Phoenix every year. It's a hell of a good time....until we move everything back to Homestead because of fan outrage. NASCAR chases its ass.
