Is it? Or is it just that they don't catch them very often? You have to remember even when they take the car to the R&D center they're not checking everything, they just check certain areas of the car.

IMO the RTA is the biggest thing standing in the way of fixing this car. Everytime nascar comes up with a solution the RTA rejects it because of costs.

This is what I dislike about the win and you're in format. Why wouldn't you cheat until you win? If you get away with it and get a win you're in the playoffs. If you get caught you don't lose anything because you're not in yet

I could take that as an exhibition race, but I'll never be a fan of a winner take all championship race

So now nascar is going to award an additional bonus point for the driver that ran the fast lap each race. I'm sorry this is a joke to me and even waters down the points system even more.

I always wonder that myself. He's not close to the most successful driver, doesn't have much of a personality (at least publicly) and doesn't really do anything outside of the track for the fans.
