Okay just so I am straight on this - Thorowing a helmet at a 2-ton piece of metal surrrounding a driver is a no-no but physically hitting a driver on his helmet is okay?? Glad NASCAR cleared that one up!!!

And that is precisely why if NASCAR does not do anything then they are showign preference. That is the same line of BS every driver gives when they get PO's d and do something yet NASCAR has fined many of them in the past.

No, I was saying that NASCAR diod nothing to him at the Glen for the "F" bomb and now it does not appear that they will do anything to him for this latest incident, but I guess we will see.

They were talking about that last week since Yates is giving up the 88 for Earnhardt. It was mentioned that there was a "time limit" on how long Yates could not use the 28 which was established by Havoline and apparently it is up very soon. Specualtion is that the 28 is coming back.

Mrs. Wolfcub is going to Richmond with me. This Bristol thing happened at the last second through a friend and he only had one extra ticket.
