I think Brisco is a lap down, again. If I understand matters correctly he got a wave around and then pitted which isn't allowed, and he is back down a lap as a result.

There is no need for that now. They just need to secure an open restroom during a stage break. The laps are long enough for him to get out the car and do his buisness and return without losing a lap. The CC just needs to ensure that no reading material is avaliable in the restroom to slow him down.
