The pit reporter is a buddy of mine. He started out hosting a 1 hour racing show on a local sports talk radio station. Since then, he's been a series announcer for several different touring series here in the Midwest, and even started a modified touring series this season. I beg him for a job...

I go just about every year, but at this point, its mainly just to see the same group of folks, most of which I haven't seen since the year before. As far as the racing goes, it is what it is at this point. But I'll be there again this year.
