Watched an entire DTM race yesterday for the first time in two years and actually watched a good DTM race for the first time in maybe 12 years. The Saturday Nürburgring race was shockingly good despite race control handing out warnings for minor contact.

First of all, thankful it wasn't a head injury. It'd probably be well-advised to sit out at least the last three races of the regular season, especially Daytona. Will he do it? No clue, Earnhardt was back in the car a week after his 1996 Talladega crash.

I missed it initially. Just looked up and saw the race winner motionless on the floor. Found a replay on YT. He landed head first from at least two meters. That could've ended really bad. Definitely gotta do a CCT in the care center.
