I think he first said he had a tire issue with 3 to go. I think they’ll be able to figure all of that out (just like in 2022 at the Roval when Custer did it).

They took the 23 for tear down. I think between that and the telemetry they will know if and when.

Based on the rule it doesn't matter if the 24 knows - it only matters if the 24 "encouraged, persuaded, or induced" them to do it.
