    2022 Silly Season

His dad is president of SHR - and that's huge obviously, but I suspect with a large professional organization like Haas/SHR, his dad being the president can only go so far. At some point if he isn't getting the job done, it's not in interest of the team to have him in a seat. But that probably...

“It’s Brad’s right to stay out and be hard to pass on old tires.” It’s Brad’s right to spin himself into the fence and call it a day.

Cup RACE thread --- Indy Road Course

Matt got squirrelly or something, hopped off the racing line a moment before that happened - but they didn’t have a good replay to see how the 20 got in there.

Gordon's Statement during the 600 is too telling

I was always a Hendrick guy except I was a 5 fan, and then 88. Being for HMS for years and years but never really a 24 or 48 guy - which was where most of the winning was. But still, all in for HMS and the Chevy stable. After Dale retired it was weird for a while. Liked Alex in the 88. Like...

    Eddie D'Hondt

The pro leagues these days are pretty quick to suspend when the arrest is for domestic violence. If there’s an arrest, there’s at least a presumption of probable cause - and that’s enough to support a suspension until more is learned. His failure to report it doesn’t help his cause.

NASCAR Pick 'Em 2021 - Circuit Of The Americas

What the hell happened to the 33? That was just weird how the car went completely away. Of course it seems like my picks are always 15-20 no matter who they are so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Pretty good run through the track with Austin Cindric in the K-Pax McLaren GT car from 2016. I think the track layout is basically the same.

    Daytona 500 RACE thread ! !

He said “I had a run and turned down to try to make a pass to win the Daytona 500” - I thought it seemed obvious he was talking about Joey. Jeff seemed to agree.

    Daytona 500 RACE thread ! !

Brad definitely blaming Joey (without saying his name). Jeff agrees. The 34 didn’t cause that.

    Daytona 500 RACE thread ! !

Looked like a combo of factors including the 34s push but the 22 pulled down to block like he always does. Last lap in the 500? I don’t see how that’s the 34’s “fault” - that’s just Daytona.
