I agree on hot wings never being breaded........ but like Johali mentioned..... I sometimes deep fry them Southern style with breading. My hot wings..... I just put them in the deep fryer as you mentioned with no coating. My hot sauce..... I order it from a place called Arizona...

It's always intriguing to me to look at the background of a lot of the really old pictures . Most of them show how well dressed the folks were...... The women were dressed nice and a major part of the men were in suit and ties.......
