This is where Logano takes out the entire Big Three a la Carl Edward's 2016.

Cup RACE thread ---- Talladega, Rd. 2

SHR employs its newest strategy on this restart. They go four wide and block the entire race track to ensure a 1-2-3-4 finish.

Not if you make it before the leaders hit the white flag. Moot point, though, the SHR guys are gone.

They should pit the 9 car coming to the white flag. He would be close enough to get to pit road before the SHR cars and would just need to get the line before everyone makes it back around. It would be a great track position move, since this team doesn't need stage points.

Lucky dog, and cars multiple laps down thoughts....

No more wavearounds. Lead lap cars only in the final 10 laps. During prior cautions, cars between first and second get laps back. For debris or solo spins, a green/yellow flag comes out allowing the field to race to the line. Under this scenario, no lucky dogs, laps given back, etc.

But Jeffrey just stopped. It makes no sense. Also, curious as to what minimum speed is and how many laps you have to meet that minimum speed.

It is just confusing to me. When Larson entered turn 16 you can see the 96 rolling, then he stopped after Larson slammed the wall the second time.

Anyone else think the 42 should have played it safe and pitted? If they run out of fuel, they may be really out of luck.

    Cup RACE thread --- Charlotte

I just get a feeling someone runs out and bring a caution. Then, we get multiple GWCs, resulting in a random winner.

Brad Keselowski is going to run everyone of these guys out, if they try to keep his pace. Similar to the 18 and 78 at Pocono a few years ago.

The 48 should dip on pit road with about five laps to go.

Also - I bet the 20 tries to stretch fuel here.
