Yeah, the reckless closeout call early in the game that some folks elsewhere are complaining about was the right call IMO, but I probably would have challenged the call you're talking about.

Wow, looking at the box score, they couldn't have come any closer to overcoming it, literally. Tough loss for them, but credit where credit's due. Nice road win for Dallas. Glad to see that Maddy Siegrist, who made one of my All-Star ballots, is back from her injury. Looks like she played well...

Oh, for some like Syd's nose plug there, I think it's all about tearing another player down, judging by the video choice. Some people seemingly can't enjoy a sport without having a foil, even if they have to just conjure one up out of thin air. That's wild to me. Just cheer for your...

Some of these guys on social media, man...always with the us vs. them, one or the other, choose or die. Can't praise a player without tearing down another. SMH.

Minus that Aaliyah Edwards trade the other day, I love everything Washington is doing right now. They're trying to build something, and they're doing it the harder and IMO better long term way, through the draft. I very much prefer that approach over the short term, win ASAP superteam approach.

Muggle, I'm not making excuses for anybody - I simply have an opinion that differs from yours, and that's fine. You and I certainly don't have to agree on favorite players or on anything whatsoever with regard to basketball, but please consider watching that Kelsey Plum clip when you get some...

Plumdawg isn't a dirty player IMO, she's just super competitive. She's one of those players who you love if she's on your team and hate if she's playing against your team. I've always liked her and her competitive fire. This 10-minute video that I was directed to during a different video was...

Dang Kels, this the UFC? We throwin' leg kicks now? On the other hand, the deal with Lexie looked pretty innocent to me. I think Lexie was trying to take a charge. Kelsey then tried to step over her like Allen Iverson stepped over Tyronn Lue in the 2001 NBA Finals, LOL. Lexie was getting up...

Thanks. It was an easy one, both for me and surely for Indiana. There still aren't enough spots in this league, and plenty of good players slip through the cracks. Odyssey Sims has somehow become the emergency PG for teams dealing with injury problems at that position. How she is not currently...

Yep, same. I got nervous almost every time ol' Cuzzin Carl did those backflips. Really glad to hear that Connor got away with a broken collarbone and not an even worse injury. Pretty scary moment, to say the least. Complete freak accident.

Cool, glad we understand each other. I don't really hang out upstairs anymore, so I'm not privy to whatever beef certain folks may have with you or vice versa, but any fellow Swiftie is okay with me by default and has to actively do something to change that. Enjoy the rest of your weekend...

To be clear, I haven't attempted to limit your or anyone else's ability to do or talk about anything on this discussion board. I've simply come along and offered an opinion that happens to run counter to yours. Don't take it so hard, brother. It's not that serious.

To each their own, but I don't know the young lady personally and am not part of her medical team, so I'm unqualified to diagnose her over the Internet. As long as she's happily enjoying living a life that very few of us are fortunate enough to live, I'm good. She appears to be active on social...

Yeah, I feel like Miss Floersch's weight is her business and no one else's. Strange path for a conversation about her to take IMHO.

Yeah, obviously none of Indiana's healthy guards right now are PGs like CC and Aari. That's not their responsibility...or at least, it wasn't until now. Ehh, they just have to get through the Chicago game and then pick somebody up. I'm not familiar with Zia Cooke beyond her name, but Odyssey...

Even when they come on so late that it's hard to stay up for them? :lol2: LOL, to each their own. I'm the opposite and don't have to see things happen live anymore. I catch stuff when I feel like catching it.
  19. Mr. Gregory

    WNBA 2025

Tanking is unnecessary IMO, but somebody obviously has to play PG while Caitlin is out and all the other PGs are hurt (what a wild situation for a team to be in). That's not a small task. If they don't pick anyone up on a hardship contract or something, I'd imagine that Kelsey will be running...

    WNBA 2025

Oof. Do they even have any point guards left? If not, they'll have to see if they can grab somebody on a hardship contract.
