That was the best race all weekend. The weather added a little something and there was passing and some "ooops" now and then so I was entertained after watching a boring F1 race and 3 nights of NASCAR ho-hum races.

Happy Rosenqvist will be in Indycar for the next couple of years. Asked him for an autograph and he was very friendly. Always seems like a nice guy.

Was really looking forward to a fight for the championship for an entire race.

Indycar is a live viewing for me over any NASCAR race. NASCAR will be recorded so I can speed through all the yellows, and stages and commercials, etc.

Always liked his character in The Sandlot. The bonding of the kids and him was a nice touch to that fun movie.

Glad Paul Tracy is alive unlike the Gaudreaus brothers.

We don't get souvenir trailers in Portland.

The comment from Mark Miles saying O'Ward isn't as famous as Adrian Fernandez is puzzling. I've been to every Indycar race in Portland and never saw the excitement from fans in the stands and in the pits like I see these last few years with O'Ward. It's fun to be immersed in it.

Should be fun. I like this 2-day format for something different.

I thought the same thing. Figured he would be driving the same way had he been sober. I'm sure we've all seen people drive like this a time or two.

I read this first thing this morning and couldn't grasp what had happened. Then I thought of the family and what a horrible thing this is. The poor sister. How can the wedding even go on?

Weather for Portland weekend doesn't look nice. Scattered showers Friday-Sunday and only upper 60's and lower 70's. Can make for interesting racing but lousy for fans.
