Not true, both 24 and 48 qualified for the front row for the 500 next Sunday. The two top qualifiers on the front row today will start the 500 on the front row, unless they crash during the duels and have to pull out back up cars or change engines, and therefore, must start at the back...

IMO, DEsr and Gordon both had a lot of respect for each other . . . . not fear. Not only were they friends at the track, but were business partners 'til the day DEsr died. As for Brad and some of his ignorant driving, i.e. 'dega vs Carl and 'dega 6 laps down, or Charlotte and Texas 2014...

Absolutely spot on. He uses his car. Pit road doesn't even slow him down. Sorry to burst your idealizing bubble, but Brad's no better then the rest of the drivers when it comes to anger management. :p

Judging Charlotte, it's OK by you that Mister Ed was a lunatic at Charlotte, ramming into several cars on the track and two of them on pit freakin' road after the race. But not OK for Jeff to be mad at Mister Ed at Texas. Un huh, I see.

It's messed up for sure, but who knew that Jeff would announce his full time retirement so soon? Nobody but Rick. And by what he's said, he'll drive in certain races he picks going forward. Good for him! If fans of other drivers don't like that, too GD bad! :p
