When a driver is a "perfect driver" and never ever makes a mistake during a race, and his pit crew isn't perfect, then and only then, IMO, he can piss n moan publically about his pit crew. ;)

I don't think "age" has anything to do with how a driver performs. Hell, Biffle is 45, Kenseth is 42, JR is 40, JJ is 39 along with Harvick, and Stewart is 3 mos older then Gordon at the ripe ole age of 43. . . . .just to name a few. I dare anybody walk up to JJ and tell him he should retire...

I concur with your list but you have Bowyer graded as a C and also as a D. That equates to either a C- or a D+. That's about right. :D
