F1 in US heading to Apple TV

As part of the agreement, select races will be shown free on Apple TV (meaning no subscription required). That's the modern equivalent of a few races being on ABC. ESPN is a paywall itself. You either have to have cable or have to pay for ESPN's streaming service. This is a bad deal...

    The Announcers Thread

NHRA is now saying 2.065 million viewers with peak viewership at 3.631 million viewers. But they will not say WHEN peak viewership was.

    NFL 2025-26

The only question mark I have for the Colts is how they finish. The Jags are in the heart of the toughest part of their schedule, while the Colts are in the easiest part of their schedule. But they're doing what they need to do right now. As for the Cardinals game, it's pretty common for a...

Why don't they just make a rule saying you cannot touch the quarterback if he's in the pocket and must let him attempt to make a pass? Because these roughing the passer calls are getting ridiculous.

Disagree. Rusty never slowed down. He had five second place finishes in 2022. He was still really good until the end. The competition just got better when Jimmie Johnson, Tony Stewart, Matt Kenseth, Kevin Harvick, Dale Jr, Kurt Busch and Ryan Newman came along.

    OK, I'll admit it.

People just do not appreciate how much it takes to win A race. 60 is phenomenal.

    OK, I'll admit it.

To add to this: Rusty Wallace was still competitive when he retired.

The only reason I wouldn't want Denny to win it is because I could see him retiring on the spot if he did.

    He's an all-time great.

    OK, I'll admit it.

Mark Martin won five races in 2009 and he was 49 or 50. Dale Earnhardt was winning races in his upper-40s.

Cup RACE thread -- Las Vegas

In all seriousness, this being the only gripe I've had about NBC this year says a lot about their coverage. NBC and Amazon set a very high bar. CW is very good. FOX and TNT need to figure their **** out.
