I just want to see some racing! I flipped over after the local weather on the 12 news and i've seen 1 lap. That was 20 minutes ago.

Takes my back to my youth! I use to love TNN's "American Sports Cavalcade" on TNN either Saturday or Sunday morning when they would have Swamp Buggy races from Naples! Sadly, these are probably the best forms of transportation for much of Tennessee right now....

Looks like drier air will move late tomorrow afternoon. Maybe we'll/they'll get lucky!

Owell, great day of college basketball! The "real" March Madness never disappoints. Hopefully they'll be some sort of competitive racing tomorrow at Bristol. If not, more hoops tomorrow too and the start of the F1 season!

I was going to ask how humidity/dew points affect various dirt track compositions? I noticed the humidity is going to be in the 75-85% range and dew points in the 55-65 range until drier air moves in tomorrow evening. I have to think they use various dirt setups around the country depending on...

I thought the race was at 8 (was watching golf/basketball) then got a text from my dad saying the trucks lasted a lap before they had to red flag it...lol. I'm hoping to see at least one lap of green.....

NASCAR needs to just get out of the way. I've been going since 1988 (Bobby Allison's crash, I was 5) and haven't missed a year except 2020. Just too close to miss and I love its grassroots, unique identity as a facility. Since I was denied entrance into Martinsville and lost Kentucky for good...

Michigan and Pocono (especially Pocono's 500 miles) use to be an engine/transmission builder's nightmare. When mechanical attrition was a big factor to the outcome of races fans/drivers/crews always had to sit on the edge of your seat and hope. Strategy always was a significant factor too...

These "packages" have done Michigan and Pocono no favors. With that said, if NSACAR stays out of the picture the final segment, Pocono usually has an interesting ending due to strategy and guys making up/losing track position. Michigan and Pocono should be about speed and yes a bit of danger...

Thrilled to see Pocono go to 50%! That will be a major boost to the track and the local economy! 75% would probably get everyone that wants to go in. See if we get there over the course of the next 90 days or so...

The truck series has become like the local shorties! Guys who have more skill wrecking than racing! Makes for great entertainment! A few more are going to taste some wall before this one is over.
