It'll be interesting to see how it runs here. With Michigan it's shape and length create an interesting way of making these cars drive, the speeds into Turn 1 & 3 is just obscene. The way it loads and that exit off of 2 & 4 is so tricky here, I'd argue Turn 2 is one of the toughest in NASCAR

I'll be there this weekend obviously. Have to admit the Next Gen car has been incredible to this track, perfect length and design to allow for Indycar style runs. Last years Monday race was terrific

Well said. Chase seems to have lost consistent speed over the last 2.5 years and it's hurt his visibility yet. He's getting solid finishes but seems to never be one of the fastest cars. I wouldn't be shocked to see a crew chief change soon

8. Great first 2/3, got a little spaced out at the end. To be fair Blaney easily had the best car, could put it wherever he wanted

Bingo. Everyone wants a “harder car to drive” and this one is an absolute bear on the high speed ovals. Hence why that pass to win the Coke 600 was unreal

It’s because it’s symmetrical. That’s why it’s so fun at the larger tracks but at the same time without that yaw to lean on once she’s gone…

To be honest that’s how it felt at the track. The racing at the front of the field was the hardest

Can’t wait to attend. I’d argue Charlotte is the best track along with Homestead on the circuit with this car

It just needs more HP on the short tracks. Bristol is too banked, need that extra pop to get around the bottom groove guys running a shorter lap. Momentum only gets you so far. Also have to imagine there’s an aero effect because of the symmetrical design
