Everything I've gathered from Dennys testimony is that he promised MJ and Polk a larger return and hes on the hook for 35 mil worth of loans himself so needs nascar to toss him some more money or his butt is in the ringer.

There's plenty of other races series to be successful in. Indy cars, IMSA, NHRA, sprint cars.....

Exactly what I've said multiple times. Teams dictate how much is spent and its just an arms race. They will spend more than you give them no matter how much you give them.

He said it take 20 mil a year to run a competitive car and that nascar should be giving teams 20 mil a year.....

Let's not let the facts get in the way of a good story..... The only one that really went out of business that I know of was Starcom. Sounded like nascar was pushing them to sell because they weren't maintaining the performance goals.

If F1 was providing enough money to fund the whole racing operation then why is there such a big performance gap in the field? If all teams are given enough money by F1 to run a team then the playing field would be pretty level then?

It will never happen. As I said before they will spend every dime nascar gives them, whatever sponsorship money they can get and possibly even some of their own if that means being faster

Exactly. Its doesn’t matter what is actually legal or not. The MJ says its bad, therefore it is.....

My question for everyone is how much different do you think this trial goes if MJ isn't in court? Everyone on the planet knows him and for that reason nascar is fighting from behind front the start. I think Nascar made some great points about airspeed.

I don't have much faith in this trial. When you get in front of a jury most times it's not a matter of legal or Illegal, it a matter of getting the Jury members emotions on your side. I've served on a jury and experienced this firsthand. Also case in point look at the OJ trail....... All...
