Yeah, I've been on the fence about that holding the yellow deal. If I put myself in the drivers seat of the guy sitting in the gravel I'd be pissed. You're not doing me any favors!
I would've guessed he was older than that but he lasted longer than some have leading a life like he did. Good for him. He has provided me with so much great listening pleasure and I will continue to enjoy it.
All good points. I had forgotten about the concerts and HyVee being the promoter. Tuning in on the tv tends to leave you uneducated about all the behind-the-scenes stuff that lead up to a successful event.
You know drag racing is fast but it always looks faster when they crash. Maybe it's the thought process as you watch it happen that you want it to stop. I know it is for me. Glad the injuries weren't as severe as it could've been for Shawn Reed.
I saw a 40 Ford like that at an outdoor car show many years ago. The guy started it up and there was no sound coming out of the exhaust pipe. Engine and exhaust was unbelievably quiet.
I don't understand the failure at Iowa. Haven't read anything about it but I suppose there are reasons.
As a fan watching on tv I thought it was great.
Y'know there's a lot of talk about Will Power and his future at Penske but I've got to wonder about McLaughlin. Interesting year he's having....and not in a good way.
Reaching here but.....Maybe it explains why Max was so forgiving with Kimi Antonelli. They're going to be teammates eventually. Just having a little fun fueling the rumors.
Thanks for the review. I don't plan on seeing it. As a fan of F1, I see the drama and real racing every 2 weeks or sometimes every week so I have no reason to go and see a scripted movie of it.
