Wow if all his remarks are truthful doesn’t seem like JGR has much of a case. Offering to go through Spire info seems unprecedented

Has anyone considered the role that Spire has played here? Did they know he was taking info? Was him bringing info over part of the deal? Some of this could speak about the integrity over there as well

IMO this is the last thing that this sport needs right now. We finally just got through the last lawsuit and seemed to be gaining momentum. Now this comes along....

Like I said I've been involved in something like this and from my understanding that wouldn't help. The stuff that computer people are able to extract is pretty amazing.

I've been indirectly involved in a lawsuit like this in the past. Typically what it comes down to is that one side just has more money and can afford to hold it up long enough until the other party agrees to a settlement.
