On its own merits, putting aside the ****** garbage that is this format…
The race itself was enjoyable. I actually enjoy the occasional tire failure race.
6/10.
This booth is nauseating today. Did you guys know that there’s 3 stages??? And did you guys know Denny Hamlin drives the #11???? And this track sucks. Ugh.
I think I’m pulling for Denny. Briscoe and Byron will have several more chances and Larson already has one, but this is one of the last chances Denny truly has.
I'm not too fussed about who wins the championship in Cup. All four of them are probably deserving in some way without there being one clear standout like O'Finity and Trucks. I predict that Hamlin's got it in the bag, though.
NASCAR's championship format now is basically being dictated by some "Versant" nobody that owns thriving channels, such as CNBC and the USA Network, known for dead new shows and Law and Order reruns.
NASCAR selling its soul to a media organization that nobody’s heard of, just so 90% of their races can get buried on dead cable channels no one under 65 watches or even has, but hey, they get their billion dollars, so they don’t care.
