I say just do what they do now and have points for race wins and stage wins carry over into The Chase. That way the drivers that are consistently winning have a leg up against the 10th place driver that coasts their way in. And then increase the amount of points for a race win, add bonus points...

I'm 99% sure it's gonna be some form of Chase format. Which is at least better than the crummy nonsense we have now.

Very rough last few weeks for the NASCAR community. Downer month.

Happy New Year, all! I know I'm a day late, I've not been in a racing mood much lately due to...everything lol. 2026 is gonna be my first full year on this forum, and it also means I've been here for about half a year. I like this place, better than Twitter anyway. I'll be sticking around. :lurk:

After a month of blizzard like conditions, it stops just in time to not have a white Christmas XD. Bloody cold, though.

I've had snow for the last month straight. And I don't mean a light dusting--practically blizzard level since mid-November, so much so that they still haven't been able to complete leaf pickup. Of course, right before Christmas is when we start getting above freezing temperatures and it starts...

Incredibly dark day for NASCAR. Not only was he a great talent, he put a lot of work into helping people in NC when it was needed. Not to mention, an entire family is now gone. :confused:

Anyways, I didn't support either side, so I'm good with this. I'm just happy my home track isn't gonna get sold off to land grabbers and demolished for warehouses.
