You can't compare racing to stick and ball sports. I don't have to drive a few hours or pay ridiculous hotel fees to go watch my favorite local sports teams. Even if the tickets are more the cost is still cheaper than a race.

While they don't have the ratings they use to in the late 90s, early 00s WWE is still doing really well. They pull in 70k for WrestleMania every year and just made a billion dollar television deal with FOX. I'm sure we'll be seeing the advertisements a lot during the races next year.

You're wrong either way, there hasn't been a death on a street course since 1996.

They don't have exactly the same risks, at all. There hasn't been a death in Indycar/cart since 99 on a road course.

I don't need to see them on this track though, Texas either really, the speeds are crazy fast and they are too close to each other on these configurations. Give me more road courses, this isn't F1, the racing will still actually be entertaining.
