He’s already won multiple races at the Cup level; no question of the talent being there. I saw the clip from COTA and the stuff he said was what was concerning to me. I don’t think I’ve heard a driver publicly call himself out to the degree that he did. Down themselves a bit, sure, but not...

Denny Hamlin is sure looking fast today. Golly, I sure hope he can keep this up. Would be a real crying shame if something were to derail his race.

Foreign touring car series also tend to be contact-friendly; NASCAR’s really not entirely alone in that aspect. As for sandbagging 3/4 of a race - racing is all about getting the most you can. You’re only as good as your last race, right?

Good point. It is a pretty hectic way to start a season track-wise. I think a good measure of how he’s adjusting will come, say, after the Coca-Cola 600. A little less diversity in track-type as well as racetracks that have been around forever, or at least relatively longer, are coming up and...

That’s the only thing I remember from this particular race besides Keselowski winning it. Hopefully we don’t have to rely on this man’s return for excitement this Sunday!

Right? This one just seems a bit low-brow; I get that Chastain is aggressive, but good grief. On the other hand, the Reddick bit is cartoonishly funny - especially since he is not a driver that moves the needle either way for me. Makes it funnier. It’s about like if I were to go on some tangent...
