The level of complaining in this fanbase has gotten excessive. It's almost a barrier to any new person getting into the sport. If you go online to learn more, you're just met with a bunch of angry malcontents.

In the latter years, yes. At one point, it was actually a good race. It was supposed to be the first Cup race of Speedweeks, which is why it was special. If it’s not at Daytona, they might as well dump it. It seems to be more headache than it’s worth.

When it was at Daytona, it was easier to reschedule since everyone was already there and would be there until the 500. There was no rush to get back so you can prep for Daytona.

When they had to move the Coliseum race to Saturday because of weather, they gave everyone refunds. It’s not unprecedented.

If you do the tour of Charlotte Motor Speedway, the tour van does a lap at the Roval. I highly recommend it.

NASCAR fans change their mind like they change their underwear. We have people getting nostalgic for Fontana and Kentucky after begging for both to be off the schedule. Give it enough time and some people will be nostalgic for the playoffs.
