2 It was a terrible race (IMO) but I’m still completely stoked because my boy won. I haven’t followed a driver for years but I liked this kid’s style from the beginning! Great celebration too!

My preference would be to do away with overtime as I’ve never cared for it. I’d also be in favor of no stages or stage points. This is just what I’d like & I understand that others see things differently

5 I had the race at an 8 until the overtime finish.

For someone who knows squat about Mr McFarland this thread has been educational. He sounds like a guy who is working hard trying to become known and make a buck in the process. I can’t fault a guy for attempting that. I think he’ll bring eyes to NASCAR as long as he’s associated with NASCAR...

10 I normally go tilt with overtime but I loved the race & I was very happy for Ty Gibbs & his mom & family. I was hoping my boy Hocevar could get a top 5 but I’ll take a top 10!

9 I liked it a lot as I was able to see more of the racing in the pack than they normally show. Congratulations to all the HMS & Chase Elliott fans & a good interview by Denny too.

8.5 It was a really enjoyable race and I was pumped seeing Hocevar drive from last place into the top 5. Congrats to Reddick & all his fans too!

8.5 My favorite race of the year so far as there were comers & goers & some hard racing. Also it was great to see an old guy like Hamlin go out & execute like he was 25!

As far as Ty goes I wouldn’t say the fat lady has sung but she’s warming up.

7 I feel the same way as @charliespencer as the race had too many stoppages for me.

Off to a great start but I’m not ready to crown him as the next Jimmie Johnson yet.
