It seems asinine to just say "they failed post race inspection." and then do nothing. The worst I've seen is suspending crew chiefs which really isn't a punishment. Maybe I'm harsh, but maybe if NASCAR enforced the rules instead of making new ones, teams wouldn't be so bold about defying them.
