So, you have a very fast car, who do you put in it? A big name driver like Kasey or Matt would cost you millions so do you go for experience or a young driver who would be happy to race for a fraction of the money.

I know they used to take the top few cars and dyno them to try to equalize the horsepower. Do they even check anymore?
