De Niro and Ed Burns are in it. It's about 2 Russian immigrants that come to American to get famus by commiting murders and video taping them.
They video tape them because they will say that only a crazy person would tape their crimes and will be able to get off by reason of insanity.
Pretty big slap in the face of the American legal system.

Oh yeah, I've seen that. At least the ending was good. Jeez, it does say a lot about out legal system, and with aliens using it to their advantage to boot.

It was filmed in NYC...there were lots of skyline shots of the World Trade Center.

Not my kind of movie. I can;t be much worse than The Deep End. I didn't read the plot on the movie jacket because in a suspense film it usually tells me too much then it isn't worth watching. My wife still hasn't forgiven me for renting it.
