I gave blood for the 1st time lastnight! My blood pressure was perfit and everyone was surprized with my high iron count. (16.6) They said i was very healty!

Good for you!!! It's a great thing to do and glad to hear you're healthy!! I used to give when I was younger. Now they don't like to take it from people who tend to get anemia.
