Who's going to be the 1st ever Nextel Cup Series Championship Driver?

Mine Picks is goin with Jimmie Johnson
Rookie of the Year..... Kasey Kahne
 
Champion: Kevin Harvick
Rookie of the Year: Brendan Gaughan
 
I'm going for Dale Earnhardt Jr. to win the championship

My prediction for ROTY will be Scott Riggs
 
Tony Stewart for the Title and:


Kasey Kahne for Rookie of the Year!
 
ROTY: Gaughan (by a longshot)
Champ? - Jeff Gordon will be back on top of his game...but look the hell out for Ryan Newman. It'll be close with Newman winning a lot, but a very consistant Gordon.
 
That's true, but I still think he would win it if he did, which seems probable

Huge Gaughan fan...his Catchcan man (also his tire specialist) was one of my Dad's racin' buddies when we lived in California. Started cheering for him because of Kenny (the tire guy) but soon realized that Gaughan was not only a great racer, but a great guy too.
 
So, who's going to be the Sprague of the o4 season? My vote would have to go to Wimmer.

Casey Mears, one of my favorite drivers unfortunately if the team cant make ends meet, then he's outta there.
 
Seems like everybody is just picking their favorite driver. What a surprise.

Well, not here. I'm going with Stewart to win the points, Wimmer for rookie, and first to be fired to be whichever poor schmuck that gets stuck in the 4 car.

I thought Sirius was no longer a sponsor? So you may be correct.
 
I'm not going with my favorite, but I think Jimmie Johnson will end up as Champion and Brian Vickers as ROTY. I have no clue who'll be first fired...too many variables go into that issue for me to even start guessing!

only time i like robby gordon was in 1993 when he drive the #28 Texaco Ford Thunderbird @ Talladega after Davey Allison was killed.
