Kasey Kahne has averaged 190 points per start in his CTS starts this season. Had he maintained this average over the full CTS season, he would have clinched the championship sometime around the 4th of July.

good point tb...another thing to remember is that he has scored an average of 0 points in the races he did not race in. also, apparently, getting into the busch top ten wasn't exactly a challenge this year...Truex and Kyle could have skipped aorund 3 races and still be 1 and 2.
