2006 Paint Schemes

Jayski has a lot of the 2006 schemes on his page. Check some of them out. The most interesting thing I've noticed is the 25 will go back to the Vickers Busch series era GMAC colors. The 18 finally got rid of the saw tooth lines. The 9 and 19 look more distinct (and better if you ask me). Mark Martins car looks sweet with a red white and blue AAA scheme. The biggest thing I realized is that now that Mears drives the 42, I can finally really cheer for the Texaco car again (my dad used to own a Texaco and had the star on his drag car). I think I might have to just straight up become a Mears fan for real now. Even though I've cheered him in the past, I might get some gear.
 
an interesting modification of the DEI car, not too flashy, but a bolder, simpler look. I think that seems to be the trend nowadays...look at the growth of the texaco star over the past three years.
