2011 NASCAR Schedules released

I guess they didn't want to do 2 weeks in a row out west.

Bristol and Martinsville are only a couple hours apart from each other... why the hell did they put Southern California IN BETWEEN those races? They should've flipped Southern California and Bristol.

Like I said, there is some whack scheduling here.

I keep hearing on SNR how much thought has to go into coming up with schedule. I'm not convinced that's the case.

The Truck schedule is WORSE than the horrible design that was/is the ARCA Racing Series schedule the past three or four years.

Would still like to see the Trucks race at Rockingham or New Jersey. Hell, make it interesting -- send the Trucks to Baltimore on Labor Day Weekend with the IZOD IndyCar Series!:growl::growl::growl:

I'm looking forward to shoveling the snow next winter @ the Bristol spring race. :D

Bristol has been trying to get that raced move back for several years and NASCAR moves it forward and now won't move it when they're totally reworking the schedule.

You never know what your going to get in the spring @ Bristol. Two years ago the water hose on my RV froze overnight. I've seen snow and I've seen rain
I've seen sunny days that I thought would never end. But I digress. :D

In the 2006 spring race, that's when it threatened snow before the race and actually did snow during the Busch race. In 2007, it was in the upper 70's. It's hit or miss.

Same way in Vegas, been there when it was close to 80 and got wicked sunburned, then seen snow and sleet too. Sat through a Woo race there in my long johns, winter coat, and froze through a delay for snow showers!

Yes, the snowball fight on pit road on Saturday and then the snow angel by Kurt Busch on Sunday. Bristol, not Vegas.

Yep i remember that, I'd like to see that Bristol race moved up to sometime in April though March is tough for weather on the east coast.

Sucks for you Talladega Hallowdega race fans that they swapped the date with Martinsville next year. Somehow Halloween @ Martinsville doesn't seem like it would be as much fun.
