2013 Car Launches

One of my favorite parts of the F1 offseason, teams are going to be unveiling their 2013 cars over the next week. Lotus is first up, with the E21 being revealed tomorrow. Here are the rest of the dates:

McLaren MP4-28 - Jan 31
Ferrari - Feb 1
Force India VJM06 - Feb 1
Sauber C32 - Feb 2
Red Bull RB9 - Feb 3
Mercedes W04 - Feb 4
Toro Rosso STR8 - Feb 4
Caterham CT03 - Feb 5

The Jenson Button is classic. Smile and anti-mumble are pure Kimi as well.

Here's the car itself, which to the naked eye is unchanged body wise from last year. They even opted not to use a plate to cover up the dip in the nose:

As far as the livery goes, there's more red on this one, which I don't care for.

As far as the livery goes, there's more red on this one, which I don't care for.

The new McLaren. You can see they've chosen to use the "Vanity Plate." Also generally unchanged, as the devil is in the details as far as the rules go this season. Continues to be one of the best looking cars in racing if you ask me.

They had a pretty cool ceremony before revealing this thing, seen here.
