What do you guys think?

It's hard to do much with the styling, but I guess it's better looking than what we have.

I thought they were supposed to be driving cars that look like the street cars already this year. What happened to that plan? So the drivers get to learn everything all over again next year?

It's always been on the table for 2013 as far as I've read and heard. I posted about this in 2010 but nobody seemed all that interested then.

NASCAR looking at new car design for 2013

From that angle it does look a little more like the production Charger. I assume that Ford is staying with the Fusion and Chevy is going with the Impala? It would be nice if Dodge would provide more support so we would see more Dodge teams.

I can see a headlight/grille cutout similar to the production car on the nose

meh you'll all find a way to complain about it next year.

I'm complaining now. NASCAR needs to get off their lazy asses and toss the one size fits all template. Lasers could measure the entire body to 1/1000 of an inch in a matter of minutes. Fans started running off when brand recognition went away, so it would be worth the effort.

You have to sell cars that people want before you can do that. Or, chit, just sell something for crying out loud. Maybe something that doesn't crap transmissions every 50k. I know mechanics that have put three kids through college thanks to the CARAVAN.

On the other hand the new Charger has a nice interior. Big step up from the plastic mike jug dashboard found in almost every car they made.
