Jimmie Jonhson- Simply do nothing, no changes, no hoopla

Jeff Gordon- Major shake-up required. At the very least get Chad to give Alan some lessons on setting stable cars for short and or long runs.

Kasey Kahne- Driver adjustments, preferly better car management- no CC replacements.

Dale Earnhardt Jr.- May need a better CC, as the current one has proven he doesn't have that dial in magic to make the car just a tiny bit better.
--

Joe Gibbs Racing

Kyle Busch- Driver adjustments- Better attitude. The world is yours Kyle if only you didn't implode every so often.

Denny Hamlin- Better perspetive, stop getting into scuffles with drivers you have nothing to fight about. Get healthy.

Matt Kenseth- No changes, you're now top dog at JGR. Oh and stay away from Gordon please. :p
---

Stewart-Hass Racing

ALL TEAMS- Good luck with all them hotheads.

Random team: MWR

Try not to cheat for 36 weeks. :D

You guys can also chime in on what needs to happen to certain teams to improve.

Nah, Johnson, Chad and the #48 team are already going to be working hard on 2014. You don't get to be six pack by slacking off on the off season.

Rowdy needs a new crew chief, they never make the right adjustments :(

That's what I meant. No changes as in personnel ones.

Just do their thing and off they go.

Those others though, specially Gordon's group has got to do something. Its become unnaceptable the way they end up each races. Hell even Junior is improving on his finishes.

They made enough to win 5 races and over a thousand laps led.

IMO its all on Kyle's head. If he just drives the car the right way I'm sure it would come to him more often than not.

It seems he quits when the car doesn't do good to start the race. Its a mindset thing.

He wins when he unloads as the fast car. But they never improve in these long races and make the proper adjustments. Case in point, 2nd best car most of the race fading to 7th

He won Atlanta this year and he was far from being the best car I believe.

With patience comes good things.
