Has anyone seen an entry list yet?
By my count I have...45-47 depending on how many cars BK racing brings...and other last minute stand alones...p.s. 8 days until the clash/shootout/unlimited/ cars hit the track

Yeah..the rules use to say the entries had to be in 10 days before qualifying...but this is nascar and we know how they are..so hopefully we can see a list today or tomorrow.

45-47 cars sounds low. With team additions and such, plus whatever no namers try to get in I'm thinking there'll be close to 50 entries.

I would hope it's around fifty...there were forty-nine last year. I don't want to go to the Duels if it's like 2013 where two guys aren't going to make it and they're so far off of the pace that the Duels are pointless.

Count is at 49 now with the latest entries...less then four days until the 500 cars jot the track

Can you post that link to the entry list that you're looking at?

I would but I haven't figured out the technology to get into my head yet...there is not one posted yet I'm just going off of who announced what

I really have no idea what's going on with that team. It looks like Premium Motorsports has one Chevy (#62) and one Toyota (#66). I've only seen confirmation of Daytona for the #66 so far.
Brain Scott will run the 62 RCR says! Is Jeb Burton driving for BK in the 500?

Ty I am a spotter and I have done comedy at some of tracks that's my character! (Trevurkle Townsend on Facebook) also going do a you tube racing show this year! (Green, white, redneck) Anyone else believes sprint unlimited race has turned into a joke with people backing out because it only pays $50,000 and it's not worth it! Casey Mears and Ricky is in!?!? Kinda of a joke if u ask me! If u didn't earn it u shouldn't be in it! It should also pay more!!!

this year is the first year in a long time that they've actually had more full-time cars running than 43
On 43 is fine for the 500 but the races after will struggle, shorten the field would help stopping start and park

How many teams can afford to blow a $55,000 dollar motor plus expenses with the chance of winning $50,000 ??

I agree, it's pointless and it should pay more it's the race that gets people back into racing, u should make it worth the wild!!!

I agree with what you are saying , but aren't all the raceweek races at Daytona a big opportunity to get noticed . For drivers , teams and new sponsors .There are a heck of a lot of eyes on the sport at that time . Just getting some good tv time in a prelim could give a team or sponsor a big boost. Just a thought.

Werent the majority of the start and park guys running entire races in 2014, seemed like it to me

Yes, they were, because NASCAR said stop with the stop and parking. Good call. 10 laps in and 3 cars would be done with "engine issues"'

I used to look up the supposed reasons they parked....... neat stuff like "rear gear" or "overheating"

Took all the fun out of our drinking game here at the home . Every time one went to the garage , we'd take another shot of geritol . Any wonder nobody watches Nascar anymore . :(
