Premature look at the weekend weather forecast for next weekend's race.....

I remember the Xfinity race at California that used to start at 10 that was a weird experience

Last year's Kansas race was one of the best of the year! I kid you not! It was like an old school Rockingham event.....

Most retail sauces are too sweet for me, KCM included. I only break out the grill every couple of years anyway, so I'm not affected much.

I spent the past two Saturday nights at 81 Speedway. Not much is better than a Saturday night at the local short track, but I think a Saturday night at the Kansas Speedway gets the edge. I'm ready for this weekend!

Since we are racing in Topeka KS next week I'm thinking about heading there early and going to the Truck and Cup race. I have been in Sioux City Iowa since Tues getting some custom chrome and a light package installed on the hauler. It will be finished on Thurs and it's only about 300 miles to the track so I need to make the tough decision if I want to do that or just stay here at the hotel and relax and watch it on FS1 and then head to Topeka on Mon or Tues. I hate it when I have to make these tough decisions.:)

get in line with the other haulers, they will never know.:D

Should start this race at 7pm, it won't get over until aftee midnight!
The IndyCars are on the Indianapolis infield road course at 3:30. That's usually when I take my nap; I can't miss that since when I wake up, Mommie gives me milk and cookies.

I actually wish this started later. I’ll be fishing until sundown this weekend for the opener
