I'm wondering how Rockingham will work. North Carolina might still be partially shut down in March. I'm sure Jack's thought all that out, but I'm just curious.

Contrary to what a lot of people in short track racing want to believe: Roy Cooper did get re-elected, and COVID cases are rising fast. I'm expecting Roy to put us in phase 2 or even phase 1 by the end of next week.
