I find it annoying when people compare 'plate / pack' racing to chess. No, racing is more like chess when drivers are planning several corners ahead and crew chiefs are formulating strategies that spread out over multiple pits stops. Multi-class endurance racing is the advanced course.

Just watched race today, they were really agressive for open wheelers. Had me puckering on some of their moves. Palou is having a once in a lifetime year!
