Many of you probably watched the DC sniper shootings on the news ten years ago.
It's an entire month many of us will never forget. School was in lockdown every day. Every parent in the neighborhood was nervous that they could be next. These terrorists were killing, seemingly indiscriminately. Extremely frightening time.
The Washington Post interviewed one of the snipers.
